Cotton swabs are useful for wiping areas that feel sticky or dusty, especially around the mouthpiece. Using a dry one ensures no moisture enters the device, which might affect the internal parts. Swabs can be moved gently around the openings and edges to collect fine particles.
Microfiber cloth
This cloth is ideal for wiping the outer surface of the Beco disposable. It collects dust and fingerprints without leaving fibres behind. The cloth can also polish the device’s surface if it appears dull or smudged. Folding it allows access to small areas without applying pressure.
Compressed air spray
For airflow holes or tighter gaps, a short burst of compressed air is effective. It clears out dust without contact. A quick spray aimed near the vent area may remove particles stuck deeper inside. Care should be taken not to shake the can or spray too close.
Toothpick or plastic stick
A wooden toothpick or thin plastic stick may help lift out small lint pieces stuck in the airflow holes. Metal items should be avoided to prevent damage. A gentle touch with a clean stick can remove visible blockages without affecting airflow.

Keeping the Beco disposable in a clean pouch prevents dirt from sticking to it. A cloth pouch lined with a soft inner layer can protect the surface from scratches. It also limits contact with loose objects like coins or keys.
